Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation:

  • All camping reservations are subject to availability.
  • Bookings can be made online, in person, or over the phone.
  • A valid payment is required to secure a reservation.

2. Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Accepted forms of payment include credit cards and cash.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 13  days or less of the reservation date are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out time is by 12:00 PM on the departure date.
  • Late check-outs may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Campsite Rules:

  • Campfires are only allowed in designated areas and must be extinguished completely before leaving.
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Please respect the natural surroundings and wildlife.
  • Follow all posted campground rules and regulations.

6. Pets:

  • Pets are allowed in designated areas only.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  • Aggressive or disruptive pets may be asked to leave the premises.

7. Liability:

  • The camping business is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.

8. Changes to Reservations:

  • Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes that result in a higher booking rate.

9. Force Majeure:

  • The camping business is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The camping business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
